Datenerfassungs- und Messmodul (DAQ)
NXI cards (modules) form the functional core of the modular NXI platform, enabling the flexible integration of a wide range of measurement, control, and simulation tasks within a single system. Depending on the application, specialized modules are available that are tailored to specific test requirements.
These include voltage and current measurement modules for precise power analysis, DAQ modules for high-speed data acquisition, analog input and output modules for sensor signal integration and simulation, as well as digital I/O modules for controlling and monitoring test processes. The portfolio is further complemented by temperature acquisition modules for thermal analysis and high-resolution measurement cards for demanding test scenarios.
By combining these modules, complex test systems can be efficiently realized – for example, for ECU validation, sensor simulation in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments, or parallel acquisition of multiple signals in automated test equipment (ATE). In production test benches, NXI modules enable scalable and space-saving multi-channel measurement and control solutions.
With a modular architecture, high channel density, and flexible expandability, NXI cards provide a powerful, adaptable, and future-proof platform for precise testing, measurement, and automation applications.

Was ist ein Datenerfassungs- und Messmodul?
Ein Datenerfassungs- und Messmodul erfasst elektrische und physikalische Messgrößen wie Spannung, Strom, Widerstand oder Temperatur. Es wird auch als DAQ-Modul, Datenerfassungsmodul oder Messmodul bezeichnet.
Die Messwerte können automatisch aufgezeichnet, ausgewertet und an übergeordnete Prüf- oder Steuerungssysteme übertragen werden. DAQ-Module eignen sich für Entwicklung, Langzeitmessungen, Produktionsprüfung und automatisierte Testsysteme.
