Bidirektionaler Strom
Bidirectional battery cell simulators are highly precise test systems designed to realistically simulate individual battery cells as well as complete battery packs. They can both source and sink energy, accurately replicating battery behavior under various operating conditions – including charge and discharge cycles, cell voltage profiles, dynamic load conditions, and active balancing.
The portfolio includes modular multi-channel systems with high channel density and millivolt-level voltage resolution. This enables flexible and scalable simulation of complex battery systems, from single cells to complete battery packs.
Typical applications include the development and validation of battery management systems (BMS), testing of AFE chips, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing. In particular, active cell balancing can be realistically simulated and validated under different conditions. In addition, battery cell simulators enable safe, efficient, and reproducible testing without the need for real batteries.
With high accuracy, fast dynamic response, and flexible programmability, bidirectional battery cell simulators provide maximum safety, efficiency, and scalability for modern battery and e-mobility applications.
