Bidirectional AC/DC source and load up to 22.5 kVA with grid simulation, regenerative load, and PHIL support.
The ZGX series is a highly integrated bidirectional AC/DC power source and electronic load, designed for demanding grid simulation, power-hardware-in-the-loop (PHIL), inverter, OBC, and power electronics testing. A single unit delivers up to 22.5 kVA in only 4U, supporting AC, DC, and AC+DC operation with true 4-quadrant capability. Based on SiC technology and regenerative operation, the system offers high dynamic performance and energy recovery. Advanced features such as grid simulation, harmonic and inter-harmonic generation up to the 100th order, programmable waveforms, and low/high voltage ride-through enable realistic and highly flexible test scenarios. The ZGX series integrates regenerative AC/DC load functionality, RLC/RCD load simulation, and bipolar DC output modes, allowing the system to operate as both power source and load within complex test environments. This makes it ideal for EV onboard chargers, inverters, energy storage systems, and grid-connected power electronics. Power can be scaled via master-slave parallel operation with up to 10 units, making the platform suitable for both compact lab setups and high-power test systems. Typical applications include grid simulation, PHIL testing, EV charging systems, PV inverters, motor drives, energy storage validation, and automated power electronics testing.
