Device Integration
Integration of multiple power devices in a common 19" rack system.
- Common AC Input
- Separate Device Protection
- AC and DC Cabling
- Common Output Connections
- Parallel Operation of Multiple Devices
From a single 19" device to a ready-to-operate complete system: ET System develops and implements customized solutions for development, validation, test environments and production.
Our system integration ranges from the simple integration of individual 19" devices to comprehensive customized test systems with power distribution, safety technology, measurement components, custom connections and operating solutions.
Each system is designed to suit the application, existing infrastructure and future expansion plans.
We combine DC and AC power supplies, electronic loads, bidirectional systems, battery and cell simulators as well as measurement, control and safety technology into a complete solution tailored to your application.
Integration of multiple power devices in a common 19" rack system.
Addition of project-specific operating, monitoring and safety functions.
Customized system solutions fully tailored to the test process.
Depending on the application, we combine different power, simulation and measurement components into a coordinated complete system.
Programmable DC sources for development, testing and production applications.
Single- and three-phase AC sources for simulating different supply conditions.
Source and sink in one system for battery, inverter and automotive applications.
Grid simulation and regenerative testing for power electronics and energy systems.
AC and DC loads for reproducible load and functional testing.
Multi-channel solutions for BMS, battery and cell testing.
As standard, we use high-quality rack and cabinet systems from nVent SCHROFF. Following technical coordination, other manufacturers and designs are also possible.

Local EMERGENCY STOP function or interface for integration into a customer-side safety chain.
Hardware-based disconnection of the DC power path.
Disconnection of the AC supply via suitable switching elements.
Monitoring of the insulation condition, particularly in high-voltage applications.
Defined safety response when selected areas are opened.
Indicator lights, key switches and other operating and enable functions.
Supply and exhaust air can be routed to the rear or upward depending on the devices used.
Fans, air conditioning as well as project-specific water or liquid cooling can be taken into account.
Power, signal and communication cables can be routed in from above or below depending on the installation location.
A system can already be prepared for future expansions during the initial planning stage. If, for example, three devices are required today but five in the future, the necessary reserves can already be provided.
Free rack units and prepared installation positions.
AC distribution and protection can already be dimensioned for future expansions.
Power, communication and control cables can be prepared.
Battery, BMS, on-board charger, DC/DC converter, inverter and electrical components.
Battery and cell simulation as well as charging and discharging tests.
Reproducible grid conditions and testing of grid-connected power electronics.
Flexible systems for changing test tasks and new technologies.
Reproducible measurement and supply conditions.
