Inspection & Repair

Careful Inspection After receiving your device, we will carefully inspect it and inform you about the current status.

Cost Estimate Before any chargeable repair is carried out, you will receive a cost estimate for approval.

No Fault Found Inspections where no fault can be detected may be subject to a charge – even during the warranty period.

Inspection Costs If no fault is found or no repair is commissioned, the inspection costs incurred will be charged. The minimum amount is €150.00.

Notes for Return Shipment

Attach RMA Number Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box as well as on the accompanying documents.

Suitable Packaging Please use the original packaging if possible or an equivalent shock-resistant packaging for the return transport.

Heavy Equipment Devices over 50 kg as well as sensitive systems must be shipped securely on a pallet.

Control Cabinets Please transport control cabinets and larger systems upright and securely fixed on a pallet.

Remove Attachments Please remove any customer-specific attachments such as cable harnesses, adapters or special wiring before shipment.
