High-precision 8-channel NXI DAQ module for measurements up to 2000V and 1000A
The NXI-6110-8 is a high-accuracy data acquisition module featuring eight isolated analog input channels. It supports voltage ranges from ±200 mV to ±60 V with an accuracy of up to 0.2 mV. When used with optional high-voltage dividers and current sensors, the module enables measurements up to 2000 V and ±1000 A for DC power measurements up to 2 MW. The sampling rate reaches up to 100 kS/s per channel, allowing for synchronized acquisition at the 10-μs level. High safety is ensured by an isolation voltage of 1500 V DC (CAT II) to ground and 300 V DC between channels. The module includes an integrated memory of 4 MB per channel and supports both LAN and CAN communication. Typical applications include high-voltage battery pack testing, photovoltaic inverter evaluation, and HIL testing systems. It operates within NXI-F chassis and requires a 12 V DC power supply.
