Programmable resistance module NXI-5102 for HV insulation tests up to 1000V and 61MΩ.
The NXI-5102-1000 is a programmable resistance module designed for insulation resistance simulation in high voltage circuits. It supports an operating voltage range from 0 to 1000V DC and provides a resistance setting range of 200kΩ to 61MΩ. The resistance setting resolution is 100Ω with an accuracy of 5% plus residual resistance. The module is rated for a maximum power of 3W and a switching current of up to 10mA. Communication is handled via LAN or CAN interfaces using Modbus-RTU or SCPI protocols. The unit occupies a single slot in an NXI-F1000 chassis and is powered by a 12V DC input. Typical applications include BMS test systems, high voltage resistance box simulation, and other ATE environments.
