Charge & Discharge Cycle Test System overview
The Charge & Discharge Cycle Test System controls recurring charge and discharge processes through freely configurable test sequences. Charge, discharge and rest phases can be added, edited, deleted and combined in loops. Appropriate setpoints and termination conditions are assigned to each step. The cycle counter supports 0 to 65,535 repetitions, with 0 enabling continuous operation. During execution, the software displays device status, the active test step, output values, capacity, events and elapsed times. Measurement data can be recorded, viewed as real-time curves and opened later through the data query interface. Test sequences can be exported and reimported in XML format. Communication with the connected power device is configured using its IP address, port and device ID.

The “Charge&discharge cycle test system21.0 x64_Setup.exe” installer is launched from the supplied USB drive. After installation, the application automatically creates a desktop shortcut.
Protection and safety functions
Overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, undervoltage and undercurrent limits can be configured for process monitoring. The system initiates protective actions when a limit is exceeded. Device alarms are displayed in the user interface and cleared manually after the cause has been resolved.
